การยืนยันจะมี Email ส่งให้หลังจากจดทะเบียนโดเมน
โดยหัวข้อ Email ระบุว่า : RAA verification mail หรือ IMPORTANT! Verify ( แนะนำให้ลองค้นหาสแปมเมล ด้วย )
ภายใน Email จะมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
Your email address, coolhostplus@gmail.com, has been set as the Registrant contact for 1 domain names registered through coolhostplus. Please click on the following link to verify your email address. By clicking on the following link you are agreeing to Terms of Services.

ประกาศสำคัญ กรุณาอ่านทำความเข้าใจ
ตามประกาศของ ICANN ฉบับล่าสุด (ลิงค์) ผู้ให้บริการโดเมนจะต้องยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานโดเมนทุกโดเมน ส่งผลให้ลูกค้าที่ทำรายการจดทะเบียนโดเมนใหม่ ตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2557 ทั้งลูกค้าปัจจุบัน และลูกค้าใหม่ ต้องปฏิบัติตาม โดยสรุปมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังนี้
การตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ติดต่อโดเมน
กรณีนี้ทาง Registrar จะต้องตรวจสอบและยืนยันข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่รายการจดทะเบียนโดเมนเข้ามายัง ระบบ ภายใน 15 วันของโดเมนที่ : จดทะเบียนใหม่, ย้ายเข้า, ข้อมูลผู้ติตต่อโดเมนถูกเปลี่ยนแปลง
กระบวนการที่ทางลูกค้าทุกท่านต้องปฏิบัติตาม
ลูกค้าทั้งลูกค้าใหม่ และลูกค้าปัจจุบัน ที่ทำรายการ จดทะเบียนใหม่, ย้ายเข้า, ข้อมูลผู้ติตต่อโดเมนถูกเปลี่ยนแปลง จะได้รับอีเมล์ยืนยันจากระบบ โดยในอีเมล์จะมีลิงค์ให้กดยืนยัน ลูกค้าจะต้องกดลิงค์ที่ได้รับภายใน 15 วัน
กรณีที่กดลิงค์ยืนยันแล้ว อีเมล์ที่ใช้เป็นผู้ติดต่อนั้น จะสามารถใช้งานในระบบได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องกดยืนยันอีกสำหรับ จดทะเบียนโดเมนใหม่/ย้ายโดเมนเข้า/เปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ติดต่อ หากมีการใช้งานอีเมล์ที่ยืนยันแล้วอีก
กรณีที่ลูกค้า ใช้อีเมล์ผู้อื่น หรือไม่ได้ใช้อีเมล์ที่ถูกยืนยันแล้วในระบบ ทางลูกค้าจะได้รับอีเมล์ยืนยัน ซึ่งจะต้องกดยืนยันลิงค์ในอีเมล์ที่จะถูกส่งไปยังอีเมล์นั้นๆ

After Jan 1, 2014, all customers are required to verify their contact email address within 15 days of:
- Registration of a new domain
- Transfer-in
- Modification of contact email address
A verification email will be sent to the current contact email address. Please follow the link in the email to verify your contact. Otherwise, the associated domain will be suspended until the domain contact is verified.
